Hi! I’m AJ, a single woman looking for a comfortable place to genuinely call home. I’m currently working casually and am looking for a calm, respectful and easygoing household.
I’m friendly, independent and easy to get along with. I enjoy a good chat and a laugh, but I also value personal space and quiet time. I’m clean, considerate and respectful of other people, their belongings and their boundaries.
What I’m looking for is more than simply renting a room. I’d like to be welcomed into the home as a shared, communal space where I feel comfortable being myself. To me, sharing a home means being able to enjoy the common areas, have a chat, share a laugh or a meal occasionally, while still respecting that everyone needs their own space.
I understand the weight of being the main tenant. You carry responsibility for the home, and yes, you are taking a risk by trusting a stranger and welcoming them into your space.On the same token, I’m taking that same leap of trust. I’m entering someone else’s home and trusting them with my private space, my belongings, my sense of safety and a glimpse into my inner world. That trust goes both ways.I’m happy to contribute by paying my rent and doing my fair share, but I’m not looking to simply be afinancial contribution filling a spare room. The way I see it, we’re helping each other. I contribute financially to the home, and together we create a living arrangement that allows us both to live more comfortably. Money may be part of the arrangement, but kindness, compassion and basic humanity shouldn’t be left at the front door.I don’t expect my housemates to have the same interests as me, share my taste in music or move in the same social circles. We are all individuals, and I genuinely respect that. What matters far more to me is alignment in our core values and moral principles. We don’t have to be the same people, but mutual respect, courtesy, integrity and transparency are key.
I believe transparency from the beginning creates trust. I’d rather we both be open about who we are, how we live and what we expect from sharing a home, so neither person is entering the arrangement based on assumptions.
And I’ll say this with my chest: I am courteous, I move with good intentions towards others, and those are values I stand firmly in. The people I invite into my space are a very selective few because home is my sanctuary too. I respect the home I live in, and I would never treat it like a revolving door.

I grew up in a generation instilled with morals values and principles .Tidy,organised,honest,friendly and social also respectful of others privacy and space.

Common courtesy goes a long way.
I'm mature minded/life experienced.
Adulting comes naturally, I understand the importance rent and bills paid on time .
Handyman around the home not shy to do heavy work when needed.
Great nature kind human being! Is my best quality! 😊

I'm a great cook . Owned a restaurant. Living with me will be like having your own chef. I'm open to sharing food if I'm cooking I cook for everyone.
I'm a tidy organise cook. I believe everything has a home so it's easier and efficient for the next person. And it's common courtesy.

Sharing a meal at the dinner table is one of my favourite places.

I have no big furniture.

Gizmo. 5yr old M dog,nueted,Small papillon friendly loving temperament doesn't bark,hypo-allergenic fur no shedding,small poops,i am mindful and cleanup after him.I share custody with my ex I have him depending on my RDO gizmo will be in my care. When I'm at work he'll be with my ex.
