A bit about me, I think it’s important I share that I am currently staying at a women’s refuge after recently leaving a domestic violence situation. I’m in the process of rebuilding my life and am looking for a safe and stable place to call home. I assure you there is no threat or risk of any problems relating to that situation I was in, thankfully the door is completely closed and I’ve made sure there is absolutely no ties or anything connecting me to that situation.
I am and always have been an excellent tenant with a solid rental history. I take pride in being neat, tidy, and respectful. I’ve always paid my rent and bills on time without any issues, and while I’m not currently working, I have no concerns about affording the rent. I’m in the process of securing part-time work and looking into setting up my own business.
I tend to keep to myself most of the time, I enjoy my time alone in the comfort of home, but I’m very friendly and easy-going—an “introverted extrovert” you might say. Home is my safe space and I make sure any home I live in is made to feel that way.
