Hi I’m looking for a share house or anyone who might be interested in house hunting and signing a lease together. Preferably close to beach and I’m looking anywhere from Rockingham to Yanchep. I’m a full time off campus psychology and counseling student and have own business doing intuitive consultations. I work long hours Friday to Sunday so I’m only home to eat and sleep on weekends. I am looking into taking on an extra job in the near future. I have a hand raised 15 yo Indian Ringneck, budgies and a beautifully tempered 4yo male Rottweiler I’ve been helping to care for and would like to adopt so I am looking for someone who loves animals and doesn’t mind being BFF with a parrot and a dog (both are stage 5 clingers but cuddles and entertainment are guaranteed). I also have some budgies that I can possibly put into boarding but I do have a few little guys with disabilities who I would prefer to bring with me depending on living situation.

Important personal qualities
I am hoping to find a welcoming home to live in for myself and pets. It is important to me that my housemates are animal lovers with patience and a sense of humour. I like to live around sociable people who are also respectful of privacy and personal space. I'm hoping to share with someone who is self aware and communicates well with others.
Food sharing and furniture
I have a houseful of furniture including my own bed but I can put these into storage if necessary. I am not vegetarian or vegan but I don't mind sharing with someone who is as long as my choices are respected. I provide my own food but I'm also generous and will often offer food to my housemates. I don't mind throwing in for a pizza night or a shared meal on occasion.
Description of pets
Indian Ringneck parrot. Very sociable, talks, likes to watch food preparation and is a notorious food thief. Loves people and is mostly chilled out, flies but isn't flighty or easily startled.
Rottweiler - 4 year old, male desexed. Big cuddly teddy bear, adores people, quiet, doesn't bark much and when he does it's a low bark. House trained, has a few boisterous moments but is obedient. Loves to laze around sunbaking and playing with his toys.
