I work full-time Mon-Fri, odd Saturday, have a steady income, and good rental history with references if needed.
I’m pretty easy to live with, very tidy, respectful, non-smoker, no pets. During the week I’m usually working, training after work or watching something in the evening. I like a calm house but I’m friendly and social without being a party person.
Ideally looking for a clean, relaxed house with like minded people where everyone respects each other’s space. Happy to commit long term if it’s the right fit.
