I do spend a lot of time out and about, i use a home to chill on weekends, and eat and sleep, so I'm not caught lounging around much at all. If I'm not at home on the weekends, I am on my partners horse farm, so most of the weekend im down there :)
The only requirement I really have is my partner being welcome to drop in and say hello, she lives alone and often likes to come and see me, do the odd dinner ect

I'm great on the tools and fixing things, I don't like "making do", I like reliability and efficiency, so I will be great in that aspect
Im also super social and outgoing, which means I'll get involved with anything, Im not a party hoster, I like going out but home is home :)
