I have been a sole lease renter for over 30 years until changes came in 2022 where I have had to move 3 times now due to owners moving back in or selling. I simply can't afford to do this on my own again at the moment.

Food sharing and furniture
In past experiences, I have found it's better to manage own food most of the time. I'm more than open to sharing meals a couple of times a week or whatever works best for housemates.
I eat most things meats, some seafood, fruit & vege. I have no food allergies. or intolerances.
I now have to downsize for a third time. I've always had plenty of furniture, appliances, and personal items. I have a good leather 3-seater with recliners + 2 separate recliners. I've got about 10 pot plants also with gardening gear. No lawnmower or electric trimmers.
I realize that I'm probably going to have to sell or give away more items and probably some in storage.
I do have a new washing machine and dryer. I have a good vacuum cleaner and plenty of cleaning equipment.
I've got kitchen items, appliances, and fridge.
I do have my own queen size bed I would rather use along with side table, dressing table and draws. I do need some office space for study and do some work from home.
If someone wanted to go for a lease together, I have enough to fully furnish a house and more than happy to share.

Description of pets
I do have a small female cat Smokey who came from a cat shelter 11 years ago. She is 16, very friendly but chooses to spend most of her time alone in her bed. Sleeps on my bed during the night. Smokey is an indoor cat and very well house trained, and I keep all her items very clean. I brush her hair and vacuum regularly to manage hair. She really is no trouble at all.
