About this person
I am an educator, currently working at Manjimup SHS until the end of Term 2 and then I will be moving to Perth in July to work at SIDE in Leederville. I plan to purchase a property next year, so I am looking 9-12 months accommodation in the mean time. I am looking around for options that suit myself (40+), and my two dogs. I am single, no kids, mature and respectful of other people's property and personal space.I often head to Bunbury on weekends and school holidays to catch up with family and friends. I like to travel when possible, go to wine and food festivals, I am learning to play golf and the best part of my day is hanging with my two fur babies.

Important personal qualities
I am quiet but social. I have lived in my own property for over two decades, though I have at times rented a room out to others. I understand the need to respect your place, be social but also allow space and quiet time. I am very tidy, I will keep my dogs hair or any mess clean on top of any cleaning schedule. I don't go out much, only the occasional food & drink festivals, concert or sporting game. I like to play social sport, and currently I am learning to play golf.
Food sharing and furniture
I am happy to share food and cooking or keep it separate, not fussed. I expect to put my furniture into storage until I can relocate to my own property, but I can furnish a bedroom or use what's provided, again not fussed.
Description of pets
Daisy (8) is medium jack russell/staffy cross and Peppa (13) a medium staffy/heeler cross.
Peppa was a rescue and takes her time to get to know you, once she feels safe she will be your best friend but is very independent. Daisy is a happy, friendly girl who loves to cuddle and hang out with people. She is my shadow. They are very well behaved, have complete dog school, they are house trained and do not destroy anything. I walk them every day and keep them engaged as much as possible.
