My partner and I recently moved to Perth from the Gold Coast after 8.5 years. We’re a quiet, mature couple (both 45), super friendly, respectful, tidy, both full-time workers—I'm in the trades, and my partner works at the Convention Centre. Normally I working more than 40hrs per week( weekends), because my company that I'm working has too many contracts to be done and for my partner she included weekends in her shifts because the hourly rate on weekends could be double than week days.
Usually we go to the gym everyday as we are new in the city, we have the others priorities at the moment but we are very enthusiastic health activities.
As we recently moved to Western Australia, we doing tour around perth, getting to know tourist attractions and enjoying the local culture and gastronomy.
We are a daytime couple, so we rarely go out at night, only if it's for dinner.
We have a rental history before we arrived in Perth and we can provide rental references, proof of employment, police checks, and bond if needed.
