I'm 31 and work full time for Australia Post and also study Health Sciences online. I work in Malaga but can transfer to different offices to be closer to where I live.
I'm very clean and tidy and prefer to live with others who like to keep common areas clean and share responsibilities for household chores.
I'm often out at the gym or library studying in my spare time, but also enjoy some Netflix, arts and crafts, surfing, and playing my guitar - I am respectful of the noise and timing for when I practice in consideration of others.

Food sharing and furniture
I think it's easiest to stick to your own food but for happy to share some meals, some cooking ingredients like spices, oil, cooking utensils etc and usually happy to share a bit of something here and there, just as long as people ask, or offer to replace something you have used.
I'm not vego or vegan but absolutely no issue living with people who are.
I have some of my own furniture for my room and a few bits and pieces that can be used in common areas but they can also go in storage.
