About this person
I'm Julz, (f,30) and currently working part-time at Optus Stadium. I recently took time off from my role as an academic professor at Endeavour College after completing my Master of Dietetics in Melbourne. Right now, I’m looking for a calm and stable home while I figure out my next steps. I’m independent, clean, and respectful. I'm out most of the days and generally low maintenance haha. I love dogs, my own border collie kept at mums :( Basically looking for roommates who give back the same respect I give them, a stable home life, so I can get back to working full time. Thanks :)
Important personal qualities
A good housemate is respectful, Easy to live with, and knows boundaries. I think it's important They communicate well, give others space, and do their part around the house without drama. They’re reliable, considerate, and as I'm generally not fussed by alot, I really only expect the bare minimum from them which overall would be just respectful of everyone in the house and their belongings.
Food sharing and furniture
I don't have living room furniture, I have a bed mattress if need be but can always get a bed frame easily. Any furniture that is needed for the household I can provide it's all in storage so feel free to ask if I have whatever furniture you may need. I don't share food only because I hate cooking so wouldn't expect others to cook for me if I can't do it in return.
