44 year old male, currently working in the construction industry local to Perth, had a landscape construction and maintenance company prior to this for 15 years I'm very diy and handy to have around the house and happy to help save where I can on any costs for you and maintenance if your an owner of a property. . I love most things in life just a matter of affordability and time. Pretty easy going very respectful, live the beach dinning out movie nights and just flat out good vibes only. I have 2 younger children girl 10 boy 11 whom not by there's or my own choice not get to see each other very much at all, so this is a must that it could be one day possible they get to visit me, so a very clean safe place needed for them as well if that happens. I currently live out of my car and even if there is something very short term for just myself while still looking would be much appreciated.
My some and I do eventually down the track wish to get a rental between the two of us and where if it ever happens a room each for my young ones so private rentals would be very much considered. We are both very clean and tidy and high genic.
My son 19 , fifo 2 and 1 mostly when he back probably be down the country so would hardly ever be around. He just started fifo very dedicated to his work, kind hearted responsible quite and heading in all the right directions.
