We are Maël and Clémence, a French couple, 23 years old, currently in Perth and looking for a room or a small apartment to rent long-term.
We are clean, respectful, calm and reliable, and we truly value a healthy and friendly living environment. We are very tidy, and used to shared living. We always take care of the place as if it were our own.
Both of us are motivated, independent and responsible, with a stable routine. We enjoy a balanced lifestyle: working, cooking, sports, and discovering Australia.
📍 Location: Perth (and surrounding areas)ideally north or east Perth
💰 Budget: AUD 300–450 per week
📅 Move-in date: from January 21st (we have to leave our hostel by then)
