About this person
Hey we’re Jesse (30) and Aingel (27), recently relocated from Auckland, New Zealand to Perth and looking for a room to rent for around 3 months while we get established. Budget is around $300–$400 per week.
I am working in FIFO and Aingel is hopefully not far behind, so we will be working full time and out of the house a lot. Once rosters are confirmed we’ll likely be away regularly, so you’ll have the place to yourself quite a bit. Long term we’re aiming to move into our own place once settled.
Lifestyle wise we’re pretty easygoing. We train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu most weeks and keep active at the gym, so most of our time is spent working, training or relaxing. We enjoy a social chat and the occasional drink but definitely not party people - we like a stable, chilled home environment where everyone respects each other’s space.
We’re very tidy and structured, keep shared spaces clean and look after wherever we live. No pets, non-smokers, and we won't have guests (especially while new to Perth). We don’t have a car at this stage and are mainly looking around FIFO-friendly suburbs near the airport or CBD.
We can provide references from previous landlords and flatmates and are ready to pay bond and rent immediately. Quiet, respectful couple who mostly work and train and just want a good base while we settle into Perth life.
