Looking for short- and primarily longterm home in Perth.
📍Ideally shared house in Wembley, Como, Leederville, West Leederville, Mount Lawley, Subiaco, Claremont or Highgate.
🚌🚄Other locations with quick bus or train access to the CBD works also, but as I don't have a car nor plan to drive, it cannot be too far.
My budget is $300/week (up to $400 for a real gem).
I'm tidy, easygoing and used to living with roommates. I usually turn the cleanliness level up a notch. I prefer shared houses with mostly women (couples are fine).
I haven't found a place yet, 'coz I'm choosy and really want to find a place that feels genuinely homey and where I can see myself living for the long run (WHV ends in January).
A little bit about me: I'm outgoing and active - usually to be found from the gym, on a run or playing beach volley. I do eat meat/mixed diet.
