Hi, I'm 61yrs old and ive recently retired from a 40 year career in the southern ocean commercial fishing industry. My 2 boys (who i raised myself), both work in the pilbara mining sector and have a family of their own now. It is a huge joy for me to spend time my grandchildren that are in Perth. At heart I'm a country boy but have spent a couple years living in Perth and find that there is much to do that we miss out on in the country. I want to spend more time with my grandkids so the best way to do that is to live in the same big town as them. My mate, a very well behaved, trained 4 yr old Blue Kelpie and myself are inseperatable. I fitted out a 12m motorhome bus and we have been on many adventures together. Blue has a very friendly kind gentle nature. He also chooses not to poop in his own yard, so that entails an outing to run around in dog parks. If im heading out then so is Blue. Everyone loves Blue. Im a bit of a homebody these days rather than a social butterfly, though in saying that, I really do enjoy meeting other people, no matter of race or creed. I find it very interesting to learn of other cultures in our mixed race society. I am an extremely clean and tidy person, also very respectful of others property and their space. (not surprisingly, i like to have my surroundings shipshape). I found it impossible to find a rental space that would accommodate at 12m motorhome within the Perth region, that would allow me to live in it. Now I am one the multitude of persons seeking affordable rental accommodation in perth.
I am able to produce a reference from the property on the foreshore in Esperance that I rented for a 13 year period while raising my children and operating a commercial fishing business we owned. Rental period 2006-2019. Since then i have been occupying my motorhome in a remote location east of Esperance, operating a fishing vessel for a private company. Retired from that in 2023.

Have not a problem with sharing my food when I have a cook up. I do enjoy time spent in the kitchen. I am one of those who like to clean up as I create. When it's plating up time, there is bare minimal to tidy up.
If furniture is needed to help make a house a home, then that is something that I also enjoy putting together.

My 4yr old fawn/silvery Blue Kelpie named Blue and myself are inseperatable. We're mates. He is of medium size. Blue has a very gentle loving nature and very well trained. We have spent some time at South Beach (dog of leash) Freo, which can imagine , there is every breed namable there. Never had any drama's, just a multi bum sniffing social dawg get together. Blue does not poop is his own yard, so outings to park are the place for that. Blue is a very hygienic dog, his unique breed has a very very short fur coat, hence he is not a fur shedder! Everyone loves Blue. Blue loves the chase of a ball so he has a sneaky move of conning someone into throwing it for him. We love being out on the open road, chalking up another adventure. To meet Blue, you will know my words are true.
He's very unique and very special. I love my Blue boy & he shares his love back
