I'm a quiet and easy going 30y/o looking for pet friendly accommodation in Perth, north of the river. I am tidy and like to keep to myself most of the time, but I am more than happy to socialise and hang out sometimes too.
I can provide a rental reference for my current share house where I live with my two housemates, and also for my previous share house where I lived with my landlord and one other house mate, if required.
I have a full time job where I work from home with my own computer set up, so I am looking for a space that will have room for a computer desk as well as a bed. My working from home hasn't been an issue in any of my share houses as I am typically very quiet.
I am a bit of a nerd, so my hobbies are largely playing video games in my spare time, but I still like to go out and do things and see my friends sometimes too.
I have a small dog, she is a Cavoodle and she is hypoallergenic so she is non shedding. She is house trained and well socialised, and she does really well with other people and dogs. She sleeps in her crate at night and she doesn't chew on things (except her own toys).
I do have a car, so a parking space would be appreciated however I am also happy to park on the street if that is acceptable for the area.

Description of pets
She is a small, hypo-allergenic (non-shedding) Cavoodle. She is house trained and crate trained. Very friendly, absolutely loves people and also gets on well with other dogs. She hasn't really had much exposure to cats.
