Hey, I’m Ry, mid 30s, have recently re-located back to Perth after living abroad the past 6 years. Currently working in disability support and in a bit of a transition phase with work and study. I’m planning a move to Canada later this year, so I’m ideally looking for something for the next few months. My schedule can vary a bit with work, so I may come and go at different hours, but I’m always mindful of noise and respectful of others.
I’m fairly active and out a bit, but also appreciate downtime at home. I’m into fitness (when the body cooperates), personal growth, and keeping a good balance between social and quiet time. I’m an easygoing guy, respectful, and independent.
I like a clean and organised space, especially in common areas. Not obsessive, but I do appreciate things being looked after. I’m generally pretty low-key at home, I’ll have the odd friend over but nothing hectic, and I’m just as likely to be out.
Overall just looking for a place that feels calm, comfortable, and easy to live in.
