I’m currently looking for a single occupancy furnished room to rent from the end of July/beginning August for 6-12 months with an option to extend, preferably in an all female home that feels easy, respectful and genuinely comfortable to live in.

I’m a mature aged woman, working full time in Osborne Park, I’m reliable with rent and bills and I take great pride in keeping my space clean and tidy. I’m naturally quite calm and considerate and I really value a peaceful home environment where everyone respects each other’s space.
I’m always friendly and up for a chat, but I also enjoy my downtime, so I’d suit a home that’s calm and relaxed rather than loud or hectic. Ideally, I’d love to stay within a 15km radius of Osborne Park to keep the commute manageable, but I’m open to the right fit.
The practical bits:
• Budget: up to $330/week (including bills)
• Preferred areas: Wembley Downs, Scarborough, Innaloo, Osborne Park (but open to the right fit)
• I have a car that means a lot to me, so a safe parking spot would be ideal

The best flatmates aren’t necessarily the loudest or most social people, they’re the ones who bring a peaceful, considerate energy into the home. Someone who says hello when you walk in the door, replaces the toilet roll without being asked, keeps the kitchen tidy and helps create a home that feels relaxed rather than stressful. Food sharing and furniture
I’m happy to contribute towards shared household basics like cleaning products and detergents, but I do prefer to buy my own food and toiletries. Always happy to share a meal, a cuppa or the occasional baked treat from time to time but I do value personal boundaries and prefer that others don’t help themselves to my belongings without asking.
I would ideally need a room with a bed, wardrobe and some drawer space already available.
I do have a brand new fridge and washing machine I can bring with me if the household needs them, though most of my other furniture has already found new homes 😊
