Hi, I'm Bree, a 44-year-old, down-to-earth, respectful and easygoing woman looking for a safe, long-term place to call home with my dog, Clyve.
I've spent the past four years running my own successful home cleaning business, caring for more than 30 regular family homes across Perth, as well as completing vacate cleans for property managers. Because of my work, trust, reliability and keeping a home spotless are second nature to me.
I'm pretty low-key outside of work. I enjoy gardening, cooking, arts and crafts, reading, playing classical guitar and generally living a quiet life. I'm curious by nature, usually have about 100 tabs open in my brain, and love a good conversation and a laugh. I'm clean, considerate, communicate openly and genuinely believe the best households are built on mutual respect.
Clyve is my much-loved, well-behaved dog. He's my shadow, spends most of his time indoors or in my room, is walked daily and well cared for. I take responsible pet ownership seriously and always clean up after him.
After leaving a domestic violence relationship, Clyve and I are ready for a fresh start. I'm hoping to find a home where we can settle, contribute positively to the household and stay for the long term. If you think we'd be a good fit, I'd love to have a chat.

Food sharing and furniture
I have a full house of my own furniture(except dining table and chairs) which I am happy for a household to utilise respectfully, however in would prefer have my own foods.. although, sharing a couple of meals as a social catch-up during the week is also nice and I do thoroughly enjoyed cooking for others
Of course I wouldnt charge for household meal I've offered to make and share but mutual reciprocation of gratitude and doing the dishes afterward goes a long way. I enjoy social meals to engage in some good tech free chitchat, stimulating conversations and a chance to sit down in a casual environment to converse about any shared house items for discussion.

Description of pets
Clyve is a 2.5yr old, 75kg, Neopolitan Mastiff, who likes to believe he is my shadow, sometimes gets frightened of his own shadow and unless it I'm at work, never leaves my side.
He is very intelligent, well behaved, affectionate and loving but has also come out of a difficult start to life, having been witness to and a victim of DV over the last 3 years, so has some anxiety issues by way of not drinking, eating or toileting while I am away from him, and is still learning to greet people with consideration of his size. Clyve however has regular hygiene, training and excersize routines to keep him now living his best life with his Mum, ensuring consistency and stability for the most supportive healing journey I can possibly provide, also ensuring his full-time job as 'cockblocker' is performed to the highest standard.
