Hi, I'm from Perth but have spent a lot of my life living/travelling overseas. I'm very easy-going, outdoorsy, lead a healthy and active lifestyle, usually have earlier nights so I can be up in the morning for yoga, a walk or beach time. I work almost full-time hours and study part-time - often at a cafe or library rather than at home.
I'd love to find a place with one or two housemates with a happy, peaceful vibe. I'm pretty social and enjoy a coffee/wine or after work chat, but also respect everyone's space and down time. I keep my space tidy and am used to sharing spaces. Pretty good cook but won't take over the kitchen :) Non-smoker, no pets but am fine with others (and love dogs!).
I go to the beach as often as possible so keen to find a place around Scarborough/Trigg/North Beach, otherwise close to the beach between Hillarys and City Beach and ideally within walking distance to shops/cafes etc.
Aside from the above, I enjoy cultural & music events, food, architecture/design and occasionally upcycling things.
Happy to commit to 3-6 months or more.
