G'day there,
Im looking for a room to rent within 20km from CBD.
Preferably a quiet, non smoking residence with parking avaliable for at least a motorbike.
I have lived in Perth for 14 years and worked FIFO for most of it as an Electrical technician and recently completed tertiary studies in industrial automation engineering. Happy to socialise on my time off, but also happy to keep to myself if you're the quiet type.
My hobbies are travelling, motorbike riding, salsa dancing and I like to eat out and try the local restaurants.
I am a non smoker and prefer clean living.
Rent negotiable but not looking for anything super fancy since my roster at the moment is 20days on and 8 off so consists of most of my time being at work, although next year it could become an even time roster. I like travelling and also fly east from time to time to visit family. Cheers
