Hi, I’m Kate!
I’m a 39-year-old professional originally from the Gold Coast. I spent seven years in Melbourne before returning home during COVID — and now I’ve made the leap to Sydney for a fresh start. I work remotely (part-time) and, being single with no dependants, I’ve taken the opportunity to explore and settle somewhere I truly love. I’ve been housesitting around Australia these past few months (yes, cuddling lots of puppies!) and recently landed in Sydney. I’m currently sitting until the 15th of July and looking to move into a new home from that date.
A little about me:
I work from my laptop but usually head to a café or library — I prefer not to be home all day. I love coastal walks, ocean swims, yoga, sound meditations, visiting galleries and exhibitions, second-hand treasure hunting, tea ceremony and loitering in cool cafés. I’m creative, intuitive, and love to cook, write and read.
I cook mostly at home, eat clean, and live a low-tox lifestyle for health reasons. I don’t drink, smoke, or do drugs, so I’m looking for a relaxed, respectful home rather than a party house. That said, I’m always up for a chat and a laugh or hanging out if you’re having a wine or two!
I value a clean and tidy space, am considerate of shared areas, and deeply respectful of others’ privacy and downtime.
