I'm Karla, 29 years old with a 9 year old ragdoll cat. Calvin is a sleepy old boy, very clean and just stays wherever I am. I am looking to move back to the Gold Coast after the past few months in Brisbane caring for a family member. I was studying at Griffith previously and intend to re-enrol once I have relocated. I had no issues finding employment last time I was on the GC and will ensure I have secure employment prior to relocation. I am currently funded by Centrelink and have good financial security with that. I have a partner that would stay over occasionally, perhaps one to two nights a week and understand compensation may be necessary. I don't drink, smoke or do drugs. I enjoy spending time by myself with my cat. I own a small car that can be parked either on the street or in a garage. I am looking to move in late August/early September and am happy to go on a lease and provide references as necessary. My deal breaker is my own bathroom, preferably an ensuite for the litter box but open to main bathroom. I am extremely clean and like to keep a clean shared space as well. I enjoy reading, shopping, heading to the salon in my spare time. I prefer to buy my own groceries and cook for myself however I am not a great cook and often it is just Uber eats. I have all of my own furniture, all I need is access to a shelf in the fridge and cupboard and a washing machine. I have a recliner couch I can bring along as well if needed.
