About this person
G'day, I'm James 48yrs. Currently in rehabilation, for some unfortunate beach injuries have holed up my progress. Occupations, such as Remedial Massage Therapist; Refrigeration A/C Mechanic; Duct Installer; Ground Liner (chainsaw under powerlines); Hospitality have I keen for such strength again. For now I need a home for the healing to continue.
This home would be clean; close to a pool, sea or mountain walking tracks. The household and guests would be non drug taking and or imtimidating. Craft beer / quality wine ok, however I won't partake until life is back in the workforce and reached some other financial goals in mind. Tramping is one of the goals, for not to be able to do that as a recreation will be missed!
Length of stay - This is hard to determine. The past decade has been quite character building on what I would like to achieve, though our democracy is improving. The paragraph below has a lot to do with the slow progression of my 'skills & abilities' (saa), seemingly, like others, my computer net skills are improving also though 'saa' are not being utilised in a workforce that is 'supposedly' struggling for tradies! Once I heal, like before, I'll apply for a job anywhere. However, will the workforce find a place for me, then I can commit to a long-term home. In the mean time, If know of someone who needs a caretaker, let I know, thanks.
Finally, would like to add on this platform, Australian's appear to be struggling with the term 'passive smoker'. I know longer use that title, I prefer 'non passive smoker', for Australian's know longer have to tolerate 'passive smoke' with the ever improving Smoking Legislation since 1984 for a healthier Australia. Have included photos of 'Brodies law', with the slogan 'take a stand against bullying'; art to demonstrate my creative side and a Government NRL focus on smoking 'don't make Smokes your story'. All this to reaffirm our compatibility as a flatmate. Though they were removed, I found them relevant, such as the Australian of the Year, his house would need a ramp. I need to be sure that my flatmate is not a cigarette box in the glove box of the car and a night brawler at the nightclub! As is the case when I get/have moved to a job, the business or employer have been lied too, for the employee they put me with smoke. May a smoker learn that when seeing a 'NO SMOKING sign, that we are supporting them to have better health. Humanity will not prevail if we can't have free speech for Australian values.

Compatible people
Someone who has an ability to express themselves. Has know need for the 'H.A.Y' (how are you - question), for they can just BE. It's in the doing, that with time spent together, we generally know how someone's welfare is (vice versa) without having to even ask the H.A.Y question. Expression of personality is what they do and how they carry themselves, that's the interaction, any other the same. In what they say and do over time is where you may contribute empathy. This is true friendship!
A flatmate that can live within their means and have at most times a clean as you go approach. Know how to housekeep or are opened to learning. A good flatmate is one who respects their health and the same of our planet.

Food sharing and furniture
Current food share alone. Opened to shared meals though; can be vegetarian; I have access to a large fridge and modern A/C heater for entertaining. Clothes are my go to for comfort; heating or cooling in general to keep energy bills down.
