Personal introduction
My name is Mark Cumming, and I am moving back to the Nowra/Shoalhaven area with my partner, Michael Papadakis.
I am 66 and will be retiring from full-time employment shortly, while continuing to operate my online AI and marketing business from home. Michael is currently not employed and will be starting a Certificate III in Animal Care, specialising in Dog Grooming, at TAFE from January.
We know the Nowra area very well. We previously lived and worked in the area for around 12 years, where we owned and operated Cartridgefix in Nowra. For most of that time, we lived on Michael's family farm in Goodland Road, Woollamia.
We live a quiet, relaxed lifestyle and are clean, respectful and responsible. We are also friendly and social and enjoy sharing a meal or BBQ, going to the movies, and having a chat, while still respecting everyone's privacy and personal space.
We are returning to the South Coast to settle back into the area and are looking for a comfortable, friendly place to call home while we make the transition.

Michael and I believe a good flatmate is friendly, respectful, clean and considerate of others. We are happy to share food and cooking or arrange our own meals, depending on what suits the household. Neither of us is vegetarian or vegan. We do have our own furniture, but we are flexible and happy to put most of it into storage if the home is already furnished.
