Hello. I am self-employed, Just need a transition space before I get my own. I have a full house of furniture which will go into storage. Looking for a stable 6+ month place or longer where I can work and live peacefully, and away weekends. Just after predictable routines and mutual respect.
I am clean, courteous, chip in on shared chores and all the good things that come with shared living. More often than not my spare time is learning physics, cosmology, beach, hikes, laying in the sun.
Ideally my flatmate/s are health conscious as I enjoy gym, mostly eating musclechef meals at the moment.
I don't smoke or drink. I am a plant and garden lover, dog lover, I dabble in piano and guitar but I won't have either. Keep to myself but not in an isolating way. Will always socialise with housemates as opposed to people locking themselves away. I am definitely open to the odd shared meal, movie night, taco tuesday, game night etc. Its unlikely I'll ever bring anyone over. I have a car.

A good flatmate is respectful of others, cleans up after themselves, chips in where possible. It's all relative really. If the home is big enough by all means blast the music at your end if you want or play video games for 48 hours straight. But don't just dissappear in your room for weeks on end. Watch a movie with me, or enjoy a shared meal if you feel chatty.
Food sharing and furniture
Not vegan, not lactose intolerant, no nut allergies etc. Just regular eater of food. Happy to do shared meals if diets align or 1 or 2 throughout the week. Also happy to do my own thing if there's sufficient fridge and pantry space.
