Hi, I'm Jack, I'm 18 and I study full time at USC Sippy Downs. I'm studying a Bachelor of Music and looking for a long term living situation near campus, as I am currently renting much farther away. Despite my interests being auditory, I'm a quiet and clean person and I pride myself on my respect patience, ability to compromise and lack of addictions. Important personal qualities
I believe I would make a great flat mate as I enjoy many tastes and hobbies, I remain optimistic and enjoy cooking and cleaning. I've looked after those with disabilities and did community work for the elderly through high school. I appreciate others and rarely cause issues. I also don't smoke/vape, I have no addictions and little responsibilities outside my studies.
Food sharing and furniture
I have no allergies or food preferences. I enjoy cooking for many and have done so since i was very young. It's a passionate hobby and I'm always happy to abide by others eating arrangements. I regard myself as flexible and responsive and I'm always on the lookout for a new recipe! As for living room furniture, I don't own much at all. I have an office chair and a 1.7m desk that all my equipment fits on. I own two instruments, one of which sits on a floor stand. Besides that all I really need is a bed! (P.S I can purchase my own bed if one is not provided, but I am holding it off just in case!)
