A quiet Mumma & daughter Moriah 18 looking for temporary accommodation until we can secure rental. Moriah is at USC full-time Bachelor science.
We have our 9yr old dog Coco & 7yr old cat Mitzy, which has made it difficult to find housing.
Just finished a 2yr lease at Moffat & currently sharing a room at friends, but need to be out in 2 wks.
We don't mind sharing a room 3-6mths.
Quiet clean living,
Vegetarian/ occasional fish protein, mostly reading, studying & going to doggie beach for walks & weekend drives to markets. Between $300- $400 wkly rent+ utilities.

We're vegetarians & fine to cook our own. On the occasion I like to have some fish for added protein and I'm a great cook and like to chef it up for others.
