Dear Property Manager.
My name is Oliver, and I’m relocating from England to the Sunshine Coast this September for work. I’ll be based in the area for at least 12 months and am currently looking for a place to rent.
I’m very interested in this property as the location is ideal, it’s close to where I’ll be working. I’m employed full-time with a financial tech company, and they are flying me over to join the Australian office. I’ll be supporting management and training new starters, sharing my knowledge of the business.
As I’m currently still in the UK, I’d like to ask if it would be possible for someone to view the property on my behalf, or if there’s a virtual viewing option available. I’m also happy to arrange a phone or video call if that’s preferred.
I’ve previously lived in shared accommodation and would be completely comfortable meeting and living with new people
I’m new to moving countries and would really appreciate any guidance on how to proceed with an application from overseas.
