I am a 24 year old looking for a room to rent. I am a current full time student and have 2 jobs. I enjoy running, surfing, yoga, hiking, cooking, baking, arts. In some spare time I enjoy some quiet time and a good TV show or reading. I do have a 3 year old cavoodle (Support dog), she is well behaved, energetic, funny, bubbly, calm and is toilet trained but is mostly an indoor dog and is cat/dog friendly (has lived with multiple cats/dog of different personalities). I am looking for a place that is close to the sunshine coast uni but I travel for work so will need a place to park my car, street parking is okay. My ideal house mates are female and non-smoker while the house is tidy, clean with either own bathroom or shared with a female.
