Hi, I'm Lisa, I work in tech in a stable full-time job, looking for a clean and quiet accommodation.
What I am looking for:
- A private room in an established property, NO Boarding house please, shared rooms, multiple random flatmates in the property.
- Would prefer a 2 person household with 1 other female
- My own private bedroom with bed
- Ensuite / Own bathroom preferred but not a deal breaker (so long as it’s clean!)
About Me: I am very clean, quiet, responsible and respectful of others.
I usually make dinner in the evenings if I am home (vegetarian mostly) and I am happy to have a chat or cook dinner together but it's also fine to keep to myself.
At the moment, I work from the office 2-3 days per week, so I would work from home some days and need a quiet environment.
I already have a lot of experience living in flat shares, so I understand it is important to give each other privacy or to be quiet.
I am well-traveled and have lived overseas for over a decade (most recently in Asia and before that in Europe).
I enjoy going out on weekends to visit friends, go to brunch, day trips, beach etc. I enjoy music, but I am not a party person and like to relax at home. I like to keep fit playing tennis or going jogging.
Budget: up to $400 pw for a private room.
Areas considered: Inner west or Lower nth shore or close to the metro line. Must be close to public transport and easy commute to city (I don't have a car).
