Hello!

My current lease is coming to an end on the 11/7/25 and me and my housemates have sadly decided to go our seperate ways after 4 years of living together. Therefore, I am on the hunt for a new housemate from the above date.

I am ideally looking around the Erskineville, Alexandria, Newtown, Zetland, Kensington areas but also open to surrounds (E.G Glebe, Surry hills, Redfern). Just want to be close to a train/light rail line. Looking at 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments and my budget is $450 a week (max) so ideally looking for a place $800-$950 and we would half it.

About me- i am 27, gay (he/him). I work full time in finance and work from home 90% of the time, I also have another casual job I work at as well in a restaurant. Outside of work I spend most of my time rotting on tik tok, at the gym, out with friends, the odd wild night out, concerts, lunches and day tripping. I find it really hard to sit still on the weekends. I drive so would need a car spot. I come with a few things (appliances etc) but can go into more detail later.

About you- ideally looking for another gay/queer or an ally. Because I work from home most of the time, I think someone who doesn’t work from home would be best. You must be tidy, respectful, down for a laugh. Would realistically want someone around my age give or take a few years. Not looking for a couple to move in but of course partners would be welcome to stay and visit.

I come with some furniture but I will be happy to purchase the ones I don’t have if you don’t already have it!
