About this person
Hey, I’m Sean!

A bit about me: I’m 22 yrs old, final year of studying law at UTS. I work two jobs (one at UTS and another in a law office in the city).

In between work and study I love to exercise/keep fit, go to the beach or pool, and I love to cook.

I’m a really friendly and approachable guy, very easy to get along with and will fit right into any share house. I’ve lived in two share houses before (Surry hills and Newtown) so I know the drill and the expectations. I really value cleanliness and personal responsibility in a sharehouse so you can absolutely count on me for keeping up with the simple stuff.

I’m definitely more the introverted type and I love my down time but I’m also keen to make new friends and enjoy time spent with others having a glass of wine, watching tv, or cooking a meal for the house.

Hope we sound like a match! 🙂
Important personal qualities
I believe what is most important to shared living is being responsible and reliable around the house. For example, I keep shared spaces clean and tidy, I am conscious of having music/TV up too loud, I keep on top of cleaning, etc. All of this is about being respectful and mindful of how others would want to find the house.

I am respectful and alert to others' need for space/privacy, understanding that though we live in a share-house, sometimes we all need some time to ourselves.

I am always friendly and approachable. I'm open to diversity of opinion and ideas, and always up for a chat.

Most of all, I am a kind and down-to-earth person. I feel I am an easy person to get along with and to live with, and I expect the same of others.
Food sharing and furniture
I prefer to buy and make my own food (just because it's easier to keep on top of re money), however I do love to cook for others (I'm a big foodie) and I enjoy the social aspect of sharing a meal with others.
