Hi! I’m excited to spend another 3-4 months in Manly. I’m from the American Midwest (therefore more grounded than my coastal brethren 😉.

My brother is now an AU citizen and lives in Manly, where I have visited him the past three summers, and I'm ready for #4!

I’m in a great phase of life where I can work fully remotely, and if you’ve ever experienced a Minnesota winter, you’ll understand why trading hemispheres for a bit makes perfect sense.

About me: I run my own businesses in the mental health and addiction space. Outside of work, I stay busy with a handful of passion projects. I enjoy writing and creating social media content focused on mental health, and I’m rarely bored.

I’m a big foodie who loves both cooking and eating across different cuisines, and I’ve already found a few favorites around Sydney.

I live on my own in the U.S., but have spent plenty of time in shared homes, and don't mind it for a few months while in paradise. I’m respectful, clean, and mindful of shared spaces. I'd like to think I'm a good mix of social, but can enjoy my alone time, without being a recluse.

I’ll be in town approximately Jan 7 – April 15, and I’m open to renting for part or all of that timeframe. Ideally, I’d love something walkable to Manly Wharf and/or Manly Beach.

I’m open to either a full flat or a shared place. Having my own bathroom would be a bonus, though it’s not a deal-breaker.
