My name is Nat (single 42 yo F) and I work multiple jobs 0.6-FT, both in the Performing Arts (as an Actress, a Front of House Event Supervisor & or attempting to get back into film & tv crewing) plus occasionally still as a Coach, Facilitator and Writer. Which all keeps me pretty busy & no 2 weeks are ever quite the same.

As my work roster and locations vary (3-4 days out of the house, primary location Chatswood). With some shifts or call times to set sometimes starting between 6am-8am and finishing in mid afternoon, and some afternoon shifts starting anywhere between 2pm-6pm and finishing between 9pm and midnight, across. Plus i often work events Saturdays and Sundays. Somewhere in between, I also WFH- writing/book editing, rehearsing, recording self tapes for roles, singing, do business admin, recording the occasional video or running a webinar from home. But rent space to see face to face clients elsewhere.

Definitely a people person, as well as very driven and purposeful in my work. But given that my work all involves a lot of time on my feet and talking, I also really need and value my closed door downtime. When i'm not resting though, i love a cup of tea and a chat, a walk, a kayak, a swim, a movie, an episode of something comedy, drama or sci fi, or a podcast and am big into outdoorsy adventure activities and occasionally painting on my days off. Also a big fan of animals, but don't presently have any of my own. Looking for a friendly, like valued group of people to build a place that feels like home with. Flexible on length of stay, more important to find the right mix of people.

We'll get along great if you also value creating a peaceful, friendly, clean, good-vibe filled, drama free home. Where everybody does their bit to pitch in and be thoughtful of others needs and wellbeing. Where we have agreed upon standards around things like cleaniness of kitchen, washing machine and bathroom areas, but are also pretty cruisy about activities in shared areas and nobody is too fussed if someone leaves a book, laptop or jumper in a shared space, or moves one to the side of a couch or table, or grabs your dry clothes off the line late in the day and pops it somewhere convenient, to get their wet load on before they go out, for example.
Where (if and when it fits) we might organically share an occasional chat, make each other a cup of tea, meal or walk (for example) when time allows, grab someone's clothes off the line if it looks like it's going to rain, share a ride, or grab something for someone at the shops if we were there anyway, for example, yet still have our own independent lives, routines and respect each other's needs for privacy and downtime. If you too value clear, kind communication, fuss-free negotiation of things like shared shelf use or who’s turn it is to grab the toilet paper, self responsibility, health, sustainability, optimism, fun and good humour, love to chat with you :-)
As a long time pet/housesitter, if you happen to have animals, i also don't mind helping out with them, if/where needed :-)

Given my routine, unless we're on similar routines, we might be best off being fairly independent on food and cooking? I’m into healthy eating, GF & DF, low sugar, ethical and organic where possible; I do eat some fish, turkey, chicken and eggs, as well as a lot of vegetarian meals. Except for an occasional (every couple of months) social glass of wine, i'm drug and smoke free and would love a house of people living a similar lifestyle.
Given that i'm coming from a 1br apartment, i have some kitchen equipment to bring, but most of the furniture i have, will be bedroom furniture and or i will look to sell anything no longer needed.
