Hi, my name is Mark. I grew up in Woronora, i lived in Engadine 25 years with my wife, and then Sylvania the past 12 months. i'm 52, No kids. divorced. I have plenty of work here as a carpenter/ builder and would like to stay in Sydney, especially whilst my mum is in a nursing home in Jannali. I'm a Christian, yet don't really ever go to church, i do a lot of charity work in the city. work as a caretaker wed at the Sydney town hall cathedral. i go to the gym couple times a week, MTB and general healthy living is a good way to describe it for me, sharing a house or finding granny flat, with one maybe two other people max with a secure back yard and somewhere to keep my tool trailer would be a ideal. I'm neat clean and tidy, happy to do my part around the house and completely self financial. lastly id prefer to stay in the Illawarra, Sutherland shire or st George areas.

Important personal qualities
I'm clean and tidy, a very easy going friendly person. Id say i'm always on the go working, seeing friends and enjoying my hobbies and interests, i'm very attentive to people around me especially respectful for those i share accommodation with. I spend a lot of time in the Sydney streets in charity helping people who are homeless and with mental health so I'm very grateful of where ever I live and always respect others around me.

Description of pets
My bully is a miniature English bully who loves other dogs and people. I take her to kernell of leash and she certainly enjoys playing with other dogs. She isn't a barker, short haired and clean. Has been an inside dog all her life but never on the bed, lounge, etc though. Check her out on Instagram
