Hi, my name is Annabelle (she/her). I’m a clean, tidy and easy-going housemate looking for a new place to live. I am open to staying longer or shorter than 6 months.

I work full-time in energy policy and regulation. This is basically a 9-5 office job in the city. I sometimes work from home, usually one day a week at most.
When not at work you will often find me at dance classes or out dancing bachata or salsa. 💃🏻 I also like word puzzles and have dabbled in knitting and baking.
I don’t own a car so any parking space will be all yours.
If you live with me you will also be lucky enough to meet my boyfriend Joe (second picture) who stays over often. He is very charming, outgoing, a good cook, and diligent with washing dishes. Joe currently stays at my place one week per month, and I stay at his place one week per month. I know this is not something everyone is comfortable with, but if you have specific concerns (e.g. bills, noise, space sharing) let’s talk and see if we can work something out.

Important personal qualities
I am looking for housemates who are polite, communicate well, and respect the shared spaces and each others’ belongings. If you have a social house I’d be delighted to join any dinners, outings or chats, but it’s not an essential for me.

- somewhere close to the city or in the inner west, no further than Summer Hill/Wolli Creek/Mascot
- no pets (love cats and dogs but need a break from living with them)

Food sharing and furniture
Furniture: I have my own bedroom furniture which I’d like to keep. I have a few small things (drawers etc) that we could use for the common areas, but I don’t mind getting rid of those if they’re not needed.
Food: I have no dietary requirements. I generally just look after my own meals. We can share pantry items and staples if that’s ok with you - I am pretty relaxed and will not make a fuss over who used up the olive oil or whatever.
