I'm Mariano, born in Argentina and now a proud Aussie after living here for almost 20 years.
I am an HR Professional recently returned from overseas (Qatar), where I lived and worked for the last 2 years.
I'm currently looking to finding a home on the Northern Beaches, my previous home of 10 years.
I can see there is a lot of competition, so here are what I would consider my competitive advantage:
- I'm not a party animal (been there, done that!)
- I don't smoke
- I don’t have pets
- I love the outdoors, playing beach volleyball, tennis, walking by the beach (you won't see me
inside all the time)
- I also love meeting with friends, coffee, a good book, movies, and cultural events in general.
I am reliable, organised, tidy, and clean, and would love to find a place which feels like home, where we can hang out and chat, but where it is also accepted to have my own space when needed. Common sense, right?
