My name is Katie Telford, I am a 26 year old Irish girl, that will be moving from Byron Bay to The Sunshine Coast early June.
I am a fully trained Chef and baker, I studied Culinary arts in college so love everything to do with food especially bread baking and Pastry, I also love going to the gym, beach and am loving surfing at the moment in Byron, so I would love to continue that if I can.
I also love visiting nice coffee/bakeries on my days off, after the gym etc. so would love to do that as well if my housemates would like to join.
I am tidy and organised, I like to keep a clean space to keep my mind at ease, preferably I would love to move into a girls only house, I’d love to hang out with my roommates but also am more than happy to do my own thing! I’m not a big drinker but enjoy a night out now and again!

I am quite an outgoing person but I also love doing my own chilled things now and again, I like to think I’m quite an organised and tidy person, a planner that loves to plan ahead and get things out of the way sooner rather than later, hence why I am looking for accommodation as I have heard it can be quite difficult at times.
I’m a team player and don’t mind being told what to do either, I try to avoid conflict as much as possible, I’m very placid and if other people have rules I’m more than happy to follow along.

I would rather arrange my own food most of the time, but being a chef I am more than happy to share and do nice dinners altogether now and again.
I love cooking for other people! I tend to eat quite healthy when cooking for myself but love cooking big meals too!
