Hi! I'm Kerrilee, 53 yo (but feel like I'm 34 :)), have a full time Government position (where I mostly WFH), and enjoy a busy social life most weekends. If I'm not out and about socialising with friends or travelling interstate for work/to visit family, I love to relax/rejuvenate in a quiet, calm, and beautiful home environment. I love to cook, am a very clean and tidy person, enjoy a vino most evenings, but also try to maintain a healthy lifestyle (although you'll never find me at the gym). I prefer to spend my time outdoors, at the beach, in/near the water, camping, travelling, shopping, reading, getting up early to watch the sunrise, meditating, morning walks... I'm looking for temporary arrangement in Sydney while I sell my house in QLD, and buy a new home around the northern NSW area. My preference would be to rent an unfurnished room with private bathroom, and car space.
Important personal qualities
I get along with all sorts of people and could honestly live with anyone, providing they are also clean and tidy, respectful of communal spaces, open-minded, chilled, honest, caring and cooperative. I would enjoy having the occasional drink or meal together however I have a great social life/ busy work life so wouldn't depend on this. As I mostly work from home (regular work day office hours), I prefer peace and quite if I'm at home during the working day. Would like to find someone with similar values.
Food sharing and furniture
I'd prefer to cook my own meals due to my work/social life, however would be happy to share the occasional meal. I could also contribute some household items if necessary (all my furniture, appliances, etc are currently in storage).
