I'm a 40yo female currently taking time off work due to burn out (am/was a chiropractor) and I come with a handsome rabbit named Cinnamon. Looking ideally for a studio/1 bed furnished or unfurnished although happy to share spaces with others. I am moving out of Sydney and testing out the lovely Central Coast to hopefully set myself up working as a chiro again within the next year.
I am self funded and able to support myself for over a year without working although, I do plan to return to work soonish (just needed a break).
I'm NEVER late on rent (can pay in advance if required), clean and respectful to others. I do smoke the 'za za' (have a script - medicinal use) and know this can be problematic. I do have a special filter that masks the smell from those pesky neighbours and smoke outside however, if this makes you uncomfortable I respect that and acknowledge that sharing a home wouldn't be appropriate.
Socially i am surprisingly reserved. I have an outgoing personality and love to joke around. I also love to socialise but also thrive off being alone so don't be surprised if I am in my space for long periods of time. Good news is I rarely have guests over and the fact the central coast is new to me I doubt I'd have anyone over as I value privacy and rather people not know where I live when possible (this has mostly to do with my profession).

I'm a bit of an animal lover, to the point I can't even eat them (vegetarian). Don't mind being around meat or even handling it, I just dont want it in my mouth.

Food sharing and furniture
I'm not a huge on cooking, so I won't be always in the kitchen. I'd like to keep food separate if I were to live with someone as I'm a vegetarian and eat weird food.

Description of pets
My rabbit, Cinnamon, he is a very good boy! I use to foster rabbits and when Cinnamon came into my life I knew I couldn't let him go. He is very well behaved and doesn't do what normal rabbits do such as chew up cords, carpet, wood or furniture. The fact he has favourable behaviours and is very easy to train is the primary reason I adopted him. I should mention he is 100% free roam (I have a pen but rarely use it). He is very tame, potty trained, doesn't bite and melts hearts.
