For me a good communicator listens, ask questions if unsure, is rigorous about not assuming. Assumption can lead to disappointment. I say be rigorous as our mind as a functions fills in the gaps and that’s where assumption jumps in our awareness needs to catch it.
Anyone who says they don’t have expectations at all has a lot of expectations. This can kill a relationship.
Respect for self and others. Boundaries.

Food sharing and furniture
Id prefer a home to be surrounded by healthy food. Fresh dirty and vegetables rather than chips, chocolate. I do like these things but I’d rather them not in the home. They’re too Tempting.
