Seeking a Housemate to share a house. I am wanting to find a 4 bedroom house with 1 other to move into. Not wantimng to move into an already established house where I am just renting a room.

I'm in my mid 60's, young at heart, I have my own hobby business as an aromatherapist, natural perfumer, artist, astrologer and health and wellbeing mentor of 30 plus years. I am also on a pension.

I work from home, love my own space, love dancing, music, mediation, all things beautiful. Good nurtritious healthy food and living. I love being in ritual and ceremony.

I am on my own, have two cats and 5 unicorns (mini horses agisted in Little Hartley). I am eco friendly, animal activist and feel very strongly about honestly and respectfulness, kindness and compassion and self growth.
I love life and strive to do good in this world.

I am feeling that sharing a house is a good option as it is much cheaper than living on my own. It is tough out there these days.
I'm looking for a mature woman/man (not necessarily age wise) 40 plus to share with.

Someone who does not need taking care of and is independent while being open to creating a friendly home environment.
Regular income or pension to be able to pay rent and bills on time and share the lease to protect both parties.
Has the ability to go halves in all utility bills.
Clean, tidy and responsible person is essential.
Likes cats and kind to all animals and our environment.
Is willing to share cleaning and keeping property tidy.
I have quite a bit of furniture plus fridge, washing machine and electric lawn mower.

Renting in the Upper Mountains, NSW is preferable - From Lawson to Katoomba.
My idea would be to meet a few times to get to know each other and what our expectations will be so everything is up front and discussed.
I have seen some nice 3-4 bedroom houses with 2 bathrooms that would be very suitable and have no doubt more will be coming up. Price range around $750 - $800
I am looking for long term.
