My name is Kim. I am a single woman in my early 20’s. I work for a renowned Builder. I am currently studying full time at University as an online student.
I have been employed with my current company for a year now but have worked in the Construction Management space for almost 4 years now and consider my employment status as secure.
I am currently renting but my lease is due to end so beginning to look for places.
I am not a smoker, I have no pets, I am quiet and a clean person who takes pride and keeping my space tidy. As most of the time I am at work or studying I do not create a disturbance to roommates/neighbours. I am respectful of others’ privacy and although have not previously rented a property before I have always been very respectful of those around me and aim to have a good relationship with them.
I do enjoy socialising, exploring new hobbies, being outside and staying active but I would love to have my own peaceful space so that I can also be mentally and physically secure and stable as an independent individual. I am responsible and like to keep track of my finances and aim to meet deadlines at all times.
