A quiet home close to a park or beach is ideal with alot of natural sunlight. I have a love for indoor plants and a home that feels safe is very important. I’m a quiet and tidy person, I clean weekly and pick up after myself.
I’m an open communicator about issues and have always paid rent and bills on time. I’ve lived both alone and with a housemate. I’m very into health and fitness and do not want my future housemate to smoke at all. Respect for eachother is a must.
I appreciate a housemate who wants to make a home feel comfortable for us both, who cleans as well and goes 50/50 with job shares etc.
I do not have car so close-ish to public transport. And in a smaller building with less noise is ideal.
