Hey all! I'm 26, work as an audio engineer (ie in recording studios & live events) and I love it - its bit of a dream job. I'm generally pretty quiet and like to keep to myself. No pets, non-smoker and like to keep clean & tidy.

I'm from the Blue Mountains (Blackheath), and have been renting privately around Sydney & Blue Mountains the last 5-6 years, both alone and with others. Currently in the Mountains, but due to work need to park myself back in Sydney again. Flexible with dates but ideally mid-late June.

Ideally I'd get back over to the Inner West for proximity to work, family and friends, and for good vibes, though I'm also looking further west (Parramatta-ish). I'd love to be around easy going, down to earth flatmates who have shared before, are independent and clean & tidy. I'm a musician, so if there's the option to make some noise, great! If not, that's fine - I'm more than respectful of others because I know this isn't ideal for some.
