We're Ray and Jen, a professional couple who've just returned to Sydney after 2 years in the UK. We’re looking for a flat or house share for the first 6-12 months while we get re-established. Our ideal is a room with en suite bathroom.
Ray works as a business analyst, and was lucky enough to keep working for the same Australian employer all through our UK trip. He’s happy to be working during daylight hours again. Jen usually works in marketing but wasn’t working during our time in the UK, so is now looking for a new job. Ray was born and grew up in Australia, while Jen is originally from the UK but has lived in Aus for 21 years. We’re both Australian citizens.
We're pretty easy going and go out a lot, so we'd be around sometimes but not constantly. Happy to join in with any sharehouse activities, but equally comfortable if you need space.
We get on with most people and have no reservations about sharing with different age groups, whatever. We're clean and house trained, so hopefully easy to live with.
We don’t have pets currently, but we both love animals. We’d be comfy living with one or more dogs, birds, Guinea pigs, etc but Ray is very allergic to cats, so unfortunately no cats.
