About this person
Looking for a short-term flatshare in Sydney — friendly, creative & tidy!
Hi there! My name is Rekay. I am from South Korea, and I run my own jewellery brand back home. I’m planning to spend about a month in Sydney for year-end — ideally starting sometime soon — and if things go well, I might extend up to two months.
I’m looking for a short-term rental or share-house/flatshare: a place that feels stylish and comfortable, ideally bright and full of natural light. Location-wise I prefer somewhere close to the city, with good transport links and easy access to cafés and small shopping or lifestyle spots (I love exploring local neighborhoods).
Since I mostly work remotely from my laptop, I’ll be at “home office” a fair bit. Outside of work I’m planning to do some small trips around the area, and also enjoy local cafés/restaurants — I don’t cook much but I sometimes make simple Korean meals. If you don’t mind occasional cooking smells / Korean food being made, that’s great.
As for me: I don’t smoke and I rarely drink. I love pets — I’m a big animal lover. I value a peaceful, clean and friendly home atmosphere, and I’m hoping to find a flatmate who enjoys a relaxed, respectful vibe.
If you think we might get along, I’d love to hear from you!
Cheers,

Food sharing and furniture
I prefer a fully furnished place (bed, wardrobe, table/desk, living-room furniture, etc.), because I’m travelling light.
I need WiFi and air-conditioning (or cooling/heating) — since I’ll be working from my laptop most of the time.
