Hi! I’m Emma, from Leeds in the UK. I am a teacher working out near Tallawong (last stop on the metro line). On a weekday, I’m usually chilling watching TV, at the gym or out and about with friends. I usually like to make the most of my weekends by either going beach, finding new walks/hikes to do, going out for food and drinks or a weekend away somewhere from time to time.
I’m a well rounded person who is easy to live with - looking for someone who is similar, always up for a chat and down to chill from time to time :)

Since I have secured a full-time years contract at my school, I am looking to live somewhere closer to work - I would consider north Sydney, crows nest, Chatswood, north Ryde, cherrybrooke, Macquarie park and Epping. Also any other places that aren’t too far walk from a metro line I would consider if the place is good value for money.
My current contract for my place will end in January, then I will head off to Thailand until around the 25th January 2026, so will be looking to move in around late January, ideally for 6-12 months. Budget is around $350 including bills.

Important personal qualities
I am a very social and down to earth person. After work you will usually find me at the gym, going for a walk, hanging out with friends, going for a meal or casual drink, or simply just on the sofa watching TV. I'm very outgoing and love to be out the house at the weekend, especially during summer, whether that's to go for a hike, go to the beach or explore a new place.
Food sharing and furniture
I do not own any furniture or kitchenware so moving in somewhere already fully furnished would be ideal. Otherwise I would be willing to invest in bits and bobs if the house is nice.
I usually cook for myself 2-3 times a week but would be happy to cook for each other to save money / time :)
