My name’s Ash - I’m 33, male and new to Sydney. I moved here last summer from New Zealand. I’m now looking for a place to call home.
I work in Marketing in a hybrid work environment so I typically WFH two days a week. Given I’m new to Sydney and don’t know that many people here, I try to be out and about as much as possible. I’m the type who loves going out for beers while at the same time equally enjoys a quiet night in with board games and a good movie.
As a flatmate I’m clean, considerate and pretty easy to get on with. I like being friends with my flatmates, so ideally looking to move into a relaxed, social flat where people enjoy each other’s company. I’ve lived in plenty of shared houses over the years, and I know how to keep a good balance between being sociable and giving people space.
